Discounted Broadway Tickets:

If you’re a theatre fan, you don’t have to spend a fortune to see a Broadway show. Many theatres offer discounted tickets for same-day performances. The TKTS booth in Times Square sells discounted tickets for shows that day and the following day. You can score even cheaper tickets if you want to take a chance on a less popular show. Another option is to check the show’s website for student rush and lottery tickets.

Explore the Outdoors:

New York City may be a concrete jungle, but plenty of opportunities exist to enjoy nature. Stroll along the High Line, an elevated park built on old train tracks.
